For Screen Print Orders

SHIPPING: Once the order passes inspection, it is then packed and shipped from our facility. You’ll get an email with tracking information. We recommend that you allow 24-72 hours for tracking to update for best results. Shipping times are not included in the orders turnaround time. As delivery transport times are contingent upon the address in which the order is being shipped. 

For Embroidery Orders

We recommend for all attachements to be submited within the following formats:

PNG / Vector (300dpi) / A.i / or High quality JPEG

If the logo provided is of too low quality, you will be contacted for graphic work charges required to complete the order.

At the very bottom of each package, after entering all customization details you will find a section for logo attachment Please attach the logo file desired for the order here. If you experience any issues uploading your logo - you can head to CHATBOX on our website and type in "uploading issues" for more instructions.

If you have already have a mock up and wish to send it to us, just include a detail letting us know you have a mock up you wish to provide. You would add this detail in the "additional notes" section also found at the very bottom of the page when inputting order details

 

If you have any additions, special requests, or would like something slightly different than what this offer includes - please request a personal quote for possibilities and pricing.

Also, larger order inquiries typically equate to cheaper costs per unit. Request a personal quote for order sizes larger than what is listed to learn if you're project is eligible for price cuts.


 

All package orders will receive a mock-up of the purchased product via email within 1-5 business days after placing the order. The mock-up shows the selected product, color, logo placement, and is tailored to the offer details provided during placement. Any requested changes differing from the original details may incur cost adjustments.

Advise: Mock proofs are digital references; logo placements may appear different in size. Actual measurements are listed above the image.

Advise: Order's are not placed production calendar's until the mock-up is approved. Delays in approval will affect order processing and production timelines.

Do I need a license to start?

 

No license is required on orders placed, however if the logo submitted is similar to an existing client who is licensed we will not proceed with the order

Can I get more than one product color?

Order sizes of 48 pcs and above are eligible for a secondary product color of the same product style & both colors having an even number split

**This is only applicable as long as the graphic used is not only the same, but also has the same placement & the colors of the graphic are the same for both product colors***

 For example:

  - 50 Hoodies: can get 25 Blue hoods with white logo on center front + 25 Red hoods with white logo on center front

  -100 Shirts: can get 50 green shirts with yellow logo on left chest + 50 white shirts with yellow logo on left chest

If details above apply to your interest, you can provide your secondary color option in the "additional notes/details" section durring checkout.

Is there an order minimum ?

 

Depending on the package and decoration type, order minimums vary. However all packages on the website are primarily listed under their minimum order quantity standards.

When is the (sold out package or promo) going to be back in stock?

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I have a mock up?

Yes, mock proofs are provided for free with each package order placed. These are delviered via email within 1-5 days after date of purchase.

How do I find something I saw on your social media?

If you saw something on one of our social handles and cannot find the offer or one similar on our site, it's probably because the project you saw completed specifically for that customer.

I requested a quote and haven't heard back, what do I do?

Quote requests and inquiries are reviewed by our team on a daily basis. If you've submitted a quote and it's been passed 2 business days, it is more than likely we did not receive it.

The quote either didn’t go through, our response was sent to Spam/Junk, or during submission there was a typo in the email you listed for contacting (meaning our team responded or attempted to, however the mssg. bounced)

Every inquiry is important to us. If it's been over 2 business days since your submission, we recommend resubmitting your quote.

How do I request a specific print or stitch size (and/or) placement for my order?

All our site offers have their own placement options available for that package/item. Graphics are applied to that area using the customary/typical measurements appropriate for that location. Also, most proportionate to the dimensions of the graphic submitted.

For example: Embroidered hats with center front stitch - center front stitch is typically within 1.5 to 2.5" high (2.5" being the max height avail. for most hats) - Our graphic & production teams will automatically detect the height & width best suited for the area using your graphic, also considering what size is best suited based on embellishment style using.

To reassure, Mock proofs will always list the approximate print or stitch size we plan to use for your project. Once you get your proof, review the measurement listed. If you decide you want the graphic to be a bit smaller or larger, and it is still appropriate to the details of the package purchased, just decline your artwork approval and email our team back with your measurements.

 - PRO TIP: when reviewing measurement on mock, grab some measuring tape for exact interpretation & best visualization, don’t just go by how it looks on the mock up

What does 10k stitch count limit mean for embroidery orders?

As you may have noticed, all of our embroidery offers are listed based upon a 10,000 stitch count max. 

Embroidery costs are primarily based on the total amount stitches the graphic is going to need to apply it to the product. ( meaning amount of time required to digitize, amount of materials used, and amount of time it will require on machines to be stitched ) This is why all of our embroidery listings offer placements that more likely to adhere to this stitch count. ( left chest, small center chest, center front on hats etc.) 

Nevertheless there are still ocassions a graphic submitted surpasses this amount. In which case, we’ll reach out to let you know the exact number of stitches your graphic went over and the total amount due to proceed. The order will be placed on a brief hold until the balance is paid.

How many print colors is my logo?

Screen print offers/packages on our site are typically listed with options of up to a 3 color print max, with the exception of some select specials or more unique offers showing either 1 color max,  or 1 to 2 color max. This is for the simple reason of the how the offer is price and how that price was determined.

What factors cause both ( $ & MOQ ) to increase

& Why

When you want to get your designs printed onto apparel, like t-shirts or hoodies, screen printing is a one of the most trusted, popular, and efficient method to use since...( not sure of exact year ) but lets just say a very long time! However you'll notice the starting minimums for screen printing are higher than some other printing methods like DTG, DTF, and so on.

This is because when it comes to silk screen printing the more ink colors needed for the print (your graphic) will strongly dictate what the MOQ (minimum order quanitty) & also what the CPU/ CPP (cost per unit / cost per print) will be. (aside from the cost of the actual garment)

The more colors = the more screens (& ink use)

& the more screens = the higher the CPU & MOQ.

Let us explain:

The set up processes for screen print are a bit more extensive than the others. (dtf, dtg, etc.) Screen print set up involves creating a separate screen for each color in your design. SO.. the more colors you have in your design, the more screens are needed.

Each screen requires time and effort to set up, ( like graphic seperation services to seperate & vectorize each color & portion of the graphic onto it's own to then burning & coating each screen, and then drying the screen etc. ) - All in all it take anywhere from 20-45 mins to create each screen. This does not include the time dedicated to applying ink to each screen, at times mixing inks to meet the appropriate color. Leading to the final set up process of lining each screen onto the machine properly, to ensure a clear, and even print.

The total number of screens needed are also going to dictate the number of times the garment needs to go around the machine in order to comeplete the print and then dry.

Shops that operate manual machiences would know more than anyone, alot of colors can get pretty laborus 😮‍💨! Luckily, we have several automatics & an awesome team that speed this rotation up :-)

All & all, that's why the number of colors/screens used will increase both the price for the project & the order minimum.

This is for the simple reason being that screen printing set processes are more extensive & time consuming than other printing methods ( like DTG, Vinyl, DTF, etc.) This is also why you may have discovered starting order minimums for SP are usually higher than other decoration or printing methods.

Showing a simple breakdown of what's considered a 1 color print, 2 color print, and 3 color print. This example is also a good way to show how you can convert a 3 color graphic to a 1 color graphic for better costs and lower minimums.
