ATTACHMENT FORMATS
We accept Vectored files, PNG. or high quality Jpegs. We do not accept screen shots for main logos being used. If the logo provided is of too low quality, you will be asked to provide a higher quality format. If one is not had, you will be charged a graphic fee. In which case the exact costs will be determined based on the work needed. If you are experiencing trouble attaching files to the order - type in "issues uploading" into the chat box below for assistance.
MOCK UPS
All PACKAGE ORDERS placed, receive a mock up for the customer to approve of. This excludes sample orders, as these orders are completed exactly as stated in the offer's description.
Mock ups are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after the order has been placed. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. Depending on complexity and/or changes or revisions needed - this timeline may exceed.
Mock ups provided to the customer include the overall details of the project. Actual garments received will be completed in accordance to their details.
MOCK UP DISCLAIMERS:
Graphic Sizes may appear larger or smaller in mock proofs provided, as this is a digital image that does not portray exact measurements seen such on physical products. Actual measurements used during production are listed above the mock up image for best reference.
Colors & Pantones may slightly differ from ones shown in graphics provided. We recommend sticking with primary thread and print colors, as we will use closest matching colors available at our facilities for actual production/completion. For exact Pantone matching, please request a personal quote
FOR MOCK REVISIONS
Mock proofs are only allowed 1 free revision per project. (that are outside of the original details submitted during order placement, including any additions to the order)
IF the revisions requested EXCEED the standard 1 FREE revision, the customer is liable and expected to pay a fee towards requested changes. Exact pricing is determined based on the request.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
If the product &/or style selected is out of stock or has a color selected out of stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible style &/or color match available. Same goes for sizes, if majority of your garment sizes selected are in stock one of the selected sizes are not, depending on the quantity, we will substitute the sizes using closest sizes that are in stock.
We recommend that you stick with Primary colors &/or product sizes for best assurances OR sending an email to verify the product style, color and sizes desired are in stock, prior to placing your order- at email: contact@brandurname.com
SPOILAGE RATE
We would like to think of ourselves as super human decorators who never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen or a garment is delivered to our facility with a hole in it. Due to this we retain the margin of error at 2-3%, which means in very rare occasion, you may receive your order with a shortage. If you need EXACT quantities, it may possibly add 3 days to your production time depending on the exact items stock availability. If some items are missing you will be credited for those items if they were confirmed to be missing from our quality check count prior to order being shipped. We wont bill you on something you did not receive.
FOR SCREEN PRINT
Any/all screen print offers are priced specifically in accordance to the offers shown. If the graphic or details provided exceed the amount specificed &/or selected durring purchase the customer will be required to pay the additional costs associated.Please advise that any single, solid colored logo printed on DARK shirts, are considered 2 print color applications, as they require an under base for best overall print quality.

FOR EMBROIDERY
STITCH COUNT MAX
- All offers are priced and listed based upon a 10,000 stitch count MAX
- IF the design provided requires MORE than 10k stitches - the customer will be subject to the additional stitch count charges. IF the customer requests a refund due to the additional fee required, the customer will retain a $45.00 processing fee for the digitizing and mock up already completed - and the refund towards the order will be issued as a store credit.

Stitch Suitability
Please keep in mind that stitch is completed using solid thread colors. Logos with color mixtures/gradients, and shadows cannot transpire using embroidery stitch. Also, really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details do not work well with small embroidery stitch placements and outcomes will appear distorted. - With this being said, we are not liable for stitch outcomes completed using logos that are not best suited, and may make changes as deemed necessary. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.

We are not responsible or liable for issues involving misinterpretations or assumptions on any of the following stated above and do not provide refunds due to not wishing to pay the additional charges necessary based on the requests made that do not coincide with the original offer purchased. Under the circumstance that you do not wish to proceed with an order due to an outstanding balance owed towards a change, upgrade, or additional request made after graphic work of any kind has been rendered, the customer will be charged a processing towards services already rendered & will be issued a store credit towards the remaining cost paid towards the order.
