STEP ONE:

Package Selection

FIND YOUR FAVORITE PACKAGE

ALMOST ALL packages have several product styles options and order size options.

For each package there are areas where you will insert your details based on what that package includes. Options including:

- Order size,

- Garment style & Color

-Logo placement seletion / Logo attachment

-& Print color

(some packages include various print style options)

STEP TWO:

Review Mock up

Once order is placed, our team reviews the order. Typical time for order processing is 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

If we have no questions reagrding your details: you should recevie an email notification letting you know that your order is "Artwork stages" - Meaning our team is working on production files and Mock up proofs for your order.

Mock up approvals are typically sent to within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.

Orders are not placed on the production calendar until your proof is approved- so be sure to keep an eye out on in your email for this approval to avoid delays.

(check your spam/junk folder just in case)

STEP THREE:

Order Added To Production Calendar

Once you approve of your mock up - Your order will be placed on the production calendar for compeltion :)

Typical turnaround time ranges around 7-14 business days, from the date that your mock up is approved. On rare ocassion, depending on the exact project, this time may increase.

Rush order options are avaible: upon request for additional fees. - If you have an order that you need promptly or by a specifc date - please submit a quote request to connect with a team member to get this situated for you.

STEP FOUR:

Order Shipped

Once your order is ready, you'll get an email with tracking information.

We ship nation wide. Shipping times vary based on your exact location. If you live in NY or NJ area, packages arrive within 1-2 business days after tracking is sent!

Please advise:

even if "Express Shipping" is selected durring checkout - this only means that delviery carrier will delvier the order more promptly. Actual production turnaround times still remain the same.

We recommend for all attachements to be submited within the following formats:

Vector (300dpi) / A.i / or High quality JPEG

If the logo provided is of too low quality, you will be contacted for graphic work charges required to complete the order.

At the very bottom of each package, after entering all customization details you will find a section for logo attachment Please attach the logo file desired for the order here.

If you have already have a mock up and wish to send it to us, just include a detail letting us know you have a mock up you wish to provide. You would add this detail in the "additional notes" section also found at the very bottom of the page when inputting order details
