Where to start…. AMAZING SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END ! I was stressed out because I had about a month before my pop up shop to get my designs printed on hoodies and sweats and many companies turned me down and said my designs were “too complicated” or either were charging me way too much with very little turnaround time. I reached out to Brandurname and spoke to Bianka and let me just say she was the prayer that was answered. This clothing line was in memory of my mom and was to be released on the day of her anniversary. Bianka was able to communicate with me and her team going back and forth even reaching out to me after her work shifts because time was of the essence, she wanted to make sure my designs came out exactly how my mockups were and when I say she did not disappoint! The material was soooo comfortable! The designs with the 3D PUFF print were more than I imagined they’d look like it was such clean work! I will only be working with this company from here on out ! They not only took care of everything so professionally but helped to ease so much stress off of me! AMAZING WORK THANK YOU TEAM !!!

It took multiple trys and research. I am so happy with the services provided. My orders come as expected and whenever there is a delay in shipment or a faulty product it is communicated prior. I found it hard to begin my orders initially on website with my ignorance to the overall business processes. The extra support (Bianka) provides is incredible. Phone calls processing orders with emails, multiple revisions; she has made my experience so much better. She always goes the extra mile for me as an client and has much grace when I may ask those foolish questions. Specifically, she has provided suggestions/insight on ways to improve website conversion, navigation and trends (fabric/product selections).

I like that Brand UR Name is in the States but also is in a constant effort to move alongside the fashion trends of today. I appreciate plus sizes that are offered, prints and bleached/torn selections. There is a great variety of options when designing a new look for my company.
