STITCH DETAILS / COUNT: Stitch size for front pocket are set for 3-3.5" wide (max) - package includes free set up + digitizing for logos that have up to 10k stitches or less (max) - IF the design provided requires MORE than 10k stitches - the customer will be subject to the additional stitch count charges. IF the customer requests a refund due to the additional fee required, the customer will retain a $45.00 processing fee for the digitizing and mock up already completed - and the refund will be issued as a store credit. ^ if you are not sure if your logo consists of more than 10k stitches, we recommend that you email our office prior to placing the order and a team member can assist you. - At email: Contact@brandurname.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------- LOGO SUITABILITY: Please keep in mind that stitch is completed using solid thread colors. Logos with color mixtures/gradients, and shadows cannot transpire using embroidery stitch. Also, really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details do not work well with small embroidery stitch placements and outcomes will appear distorted. - With this being said, we are not liable for stitch outcomes completed using logos that are not best suited, and may make changes as deemed necessary. SUBSTITUTES: if the product color selected is out of stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible color match - if there are no compatible matches, we will notify you to select an alternative color in stock - as stock limits vary on a daily basis (same goes for sizes, if the size selected is out of stock we will notify you to select an alternative color or size that is in stock)

MOCK UPS: Any/ every package order placed will receive a mock up showing the product purchased. This is delivered by email within 1-4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar until this mock up is approved. Any delays in approving mock ups will result in delays in receiving your order as turnaround times do not begin until mock ups are approved to ensure the order is being completed to the expectations had.
