- Larger size orders above 50pcs equates to cheaper costs per unit, submit a quote request for best pricing.
Traditional Screen print orders have a turnaround time of 10-12 business days AFTER mock proofs have been approved. On rare occasions, up to 14.
For orders with additional requests, changes/revisions made after order placement etc. - this time may increase based on the exact circumstances.
Rush order services are available upon request for a fee. Please submit a quote request with project details and desired timeline for pricing and possibilitiesÂ

PRODUCT COLOR / SIZE SUBSTITUTES:Â if the product color selected is out of stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible color match. Same goes for sizes, if majority of your product sizes selected are in stock & one of the sizes are not, depending on the quantity, we will substitute the sizes that are out of stock with closest sizes in stock.
We recommend that you stick with Primary colors and sizes for best assurances OR sending an email to verify the shirt color and sizes desired are in stock, prior to placing your order- at email: contact@brandurname.com

MOCK UPS:Any/ every package order placed will receive a mock up showing the product purchased. This is delivered by email within 1-4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar until this mock up is approved. Any delays in approving mock ups will result in delays in receiving your order as turnaround times do not begin until mock ups are approved to ensure the order is being completed to the expectations had.

SPOILAGE RATE: we would like to think of ourselves as super human printers who never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen or a garment is delivered to our facility with a hole in it. Due to this we retain the margin of error at 2-3%, which means in very rare occasion, you may receive your order with a shortage. If you need EXACT quantities, it may possibly add 3 days to your production time depending on the exact items stock availability. If some items are missing you will be credited for those items if they were confirmed to be missing from our quality check count prior to order being shipped. We wont bill you on something you did not receive. Â

Please be advised that all Screen print orders require the standard turn around time of 10-12 business days AFTER your mock up is approved. Depending on the order size or additional requirements, in very rare occasions 14 business days. All orders include FREE vectorization of the artwork provided for the best quality print, along with a FREE digital mock up for the customer to approve of prior to production stages, to be sure it's to your liking!
