Once placed, our team reviews the order & provides a mock up of your product. Mock up approvals are sent via email within 1-3 business days after the order is placed for a final approval by the customer before we start production.

Typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days, from the date the mock up is approved. In rare ocassion depending on the exact project, this time may increase. Rush order options are available when requested for additional fees.

ATTACHMENT FORMATS: We accept Vectored files, PNG. or high quality Jpegs. We do not accept screen shots, skecthes or low quality Jpegs. Please advise these logos/designs are being used on physical products- To ensure quality applications and outcomes, we do need quality attachemnts.

If the logo provided is of too low quality, you will be asked to provide a higher quality format. If one is not had, you will be charged a graphic fee, exact costs will be determined based on the work needed.

- MOCK UPS: Any/ every package order placed will receive a mock up showing the product purchased. This is delivered by email within 1-4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Depending on graphics needed for the order this time may exceed. Please be advised- Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar until this mock up is approved. Any delays approving mock ups/ proofs will effect the date in which you recieve your order. - Approvals are extremly important to us, as it ensures both the customer and our team are fully aware of the expectations for your projects.

Please advise, Mock ups are simply digital references or proofs. Meaning designs/logos added may seem larger or smaller once seen on phyisical products. For best assurances we strongly advise that you review the exact print or stitch measurments shown at the top of your mock up for best reference on what to expect for final products. -you can take a ruler or measuring tape and grab a simialr product to measure out the size specificed at the top of the mock up to give you a better phyical idea of it's size

*If you ever have question or change needed for a mock up recevied - Simply select the "Decline" shown at the very top of the mock up approval attachement sent, then respond to the message in which the approval was sent with further clarifications, changes or you may also respond requesting a phone call from a team member if desired. ***

TURNAROUND TIMES: Typical turnaround times for traditional Embroidery, Screen print or DTG orders range between 7-14 business days after mock ups are approved. Although our main goal is getting your order to you as soon as we can, there are rare circumstances that may arise beyond our control, that may effect the standard times listed. We try our best notifying you ahead of time if this is the case.

***For RUSH order pricing or if you have a specifc DEADLINE needed to be achieved on an order-We strongly reccommend contacting us prior to placing your order. ***If you have an existing and your initial estimated date of receving tracking information on your order has since passed, - type "Order status" into our CHAT BOX below for a status update and further information about your order **

- PRODUCT COLOR / SIZE SUBSTITUTES: Alothough this often not the case, if the product color, brand, or certain product sizes selected for the order is no longer in stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible substitues to avoide delays. -This is only the case if 30% OR LESS of the order is effected - If MORE than 30% of the products or sizes asscociated with the order is out of stock, we will contact you for alternatives

We do the best we can to advertize what we know is readily avaibile - However unforunately, Stock avaibility changes on a daily and somtimes hourly basis- this is more so the case due to the existing nation wide shortages that are on-going since the pandemic. For best assruances, We recommend that you stick with Primary colors and products sizes.

SPOILAGE RATE:  we would like to think of ourselves as super human experts who never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen, or a garment is delivered to our facility with a hole or stain. Due to this we retain the margin of error at 2-3%, which means on very rare occasion, you may receive your order with a shortage.

If you need EXACT quantities within the specificed due date of your order for a planned event, PRE-sale, etc. - it may possibly add 3-9 business days to your production time depending on the exact items stock availability and arrival times. If for any reason some items are missing within your delviered order you will be credited for those items, just as long as they were confirmed to be missing from your approved order details & were listed to be missing durring our quality check & counts - which are held and filed internally within our system, prior to any order being shipped. We wont bill you on something you did not receive. 

*If you are missing pieces within a delviered order, simply head to our CHAT BOX in the bottom right corner of the website and type in "Order Concern" - Where you can then submit an order concern form specyfing what is missing and a team member will get back to you with more information or credits owed.*

LOGO APPLICATION SIZES / PLACEMENTS (PRINT SIZES/STITCH SIZES): Logos are added using industry standard size measurements, most appropiate to the location in which applied.

Left Chest print/stitch sizes typically range at around 2.5"- 3.5" wide - with automatic height adjust most porportionate for the logo submitted

Small Center Chest print/stitch sizes typically range at around 2.5"- 3.5" wide - with automatic height adjust most porportionate for the logo submitted

Full Center Chest or Center Back Print/ stitch sizes typically range at around 8"-10" wide - with automatic height adjust most porportionate for the logo submitted

Stitch size for hats typically range around 2"-2.5" high (max)

EMBROIDERY SUITABILITY: Please keep in mind that embroidery stitch is completed using solid thread colors. Logos with color mixtures/gradients, and shadows cannot transpire using embroidery stitch. Also, really small details very close poximities and/or overlapping OR  very skinny and/or small text do not work well for embroidery- As outcomes will tend appear distorted or not easily legiable. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.

^ With this being said, we are not liable for stitch outcomes completed using logos that are not best suited, and/or may make changes as deemed necessary for your best interest.

STITCH COUNT QUALIFICATIONS: all packages and offers listed for traditional embrodiered orders include FREE set up + digitizing for logos up to 10k stitches or less (max) - IF the design provided requires MORE than 10k stitches, the customer will be subject to the additional charges required based on the amount of exceeding stitches.

Full refunds are not rendered due to the additional stitch count fees required for the orders completion. If you do not wish to pay the upcharge specified - the customer will retain a $45.00 processing fee for the digitizing and mock up already completed, and a credit towards the remaining balance paid will be issued as a store credit.

**If you are not sure if your logo consists of more than 10k stitches or are interested in one of packages with a center front and/or larger stitch placement - We strongly reccommend contacting us prior to placing your order. Simply type "Stitch count" - within our CHAT BOX- located on the bottom right of our website & team member will get back to you via email as soon as they can providing you with more information and/or personal quotes****

 

STITCH COUNT BREAKDOWN: Exceeding stitch count charges start at +$2.00 per 1,000 stitches exceeding - Per garment.

For example- If your logo requires 12,000 stitches and the package purchased includes 12 items:

2 = # of exceeding stitches x $2.00 = cost per 1,000 stitches exceeding = $4 .00 (additional cost per item stitched)

$4.00 x 12 =#of items being stitched - Making the total cost owed = $48.00

 

"Why is there a stitch count limit anyways?"

This is due to the fact that embroidery service prices are primiarly determined based on 3 factors:

1. The cost of garment - of course a Nike product is probably going to cost more than Fruit of the loom product

2. The size of the order -larger sized orders have lower unit costs

*3. The amount of stitches required for the order - this determines the cost of digitizing, how much thread is used, and time the order would need to be one the machine for - If we didnt have set stitch count limits for each Pre-determined package. Delviery times would be greatly increased and unpredictable.

It wouldn't make sense, nor really even be "fair" for someone wants a logo of Bart simpson on the center chest- the same price as someone who simply wants the text "Good person" stitched on the Left chest. Bart simpson is going to take anywhere from 45 min to an hour on the machiene per round - where as "Good person" would probably only take 3 mins on the mahcine.

PUFF PRINT QUALIFICATIONS: If you selected puff print, please advise puff print works best with simple, bold logos that carry no overlapping and very minimal detail. If your logo was not the best match for puff print, we are not lianle for the overall print outcome.

If the logo is absolutely NOT suitable for Puff print you will be notified that your order will completed using standard flat silk screen print, and issued a credit towards the upgrade cost spent towards puff print. Refunds are not optional.

***If you are not sure if your logo is best for puff print styling- We strongly reccommend contacting us prior to placing your order. You may do so by asking your question within our CHAT BOX - located on the bottom right of our website & team member will get back to you via email as soon as they can****

PRINT COLOR + LOGO QUALIFICATIONS: - please advise that each package is specifically lsited and priced based on the amount of print colors specified within their package descitpions.

If the logo submitted exceeds the amount of print colors offered within the package purchased, you will be charged additional fees, as needed, based on the logo provided. For best reference, it's best to know that any single, solid, colored logo printed on DARK shirts, are considered 2 print color applications, as they require an under base for best overall print quality.

We recommend Bold, clear, and simplfied logos with minimumal overlap for screen print embellishments. Screen print embellishements are not typically used to capture color mixtures, shadows, or logos with many colors and small details.

ADDITIONAL PRINT COLOR BREAKDOWN: additional print colors or placements exceeding the amount specified within the offer purchased vary based on the order size. Screen print is prodomiantly used for bulk orders with limited logo colors. Order minimums for screen print typically start at 24 pieces.

Orders of 24-25pcs have a 2 print placement max + 2 print color max. - Cost per additional print color starts at +$2.50 per item/color. - Cost per additional print location starts at +$3.25 per item/color.

Orders of 50-99pcs have a 4 print placement max + 4 print color max. - Cost per additional print color starts at +$1.00 per item/color. - Cost per additional print location starts at +$1.00 per item/color.

Orders of 100-199pcs have a 5 print placement max + 8 print color max. - Cost per additional print color starts at +$0.50 per item/color. - Cost per additional print location starts at +$0.75 per item/color.

& so on.

I honestly thought these hoodies would just be regular printed hoodies, boy I was wrong! Brand UrName goes above and beyond any regular screen print shop ive used. I don't think I will use another shop again. These guys blow it out of the water every time!

No license is required on orders placed, however if the logo submitted is similar to an existing client who is licensed we will not proceed with the order

Depending on the package type, order minimums vary. However all packages on the website are primarily listed under their minimum order quantity standards.

Yes, Garment colors can be split into 2 different colors as long as the logo color is the same on all garments.
